Children (up to 5 years old) stay free of charge when occupying their parents' room, using existing beds. As determined by Federal Law No. 8,069, we do not allow accommodation for minors under 18, unless accompanied by their parents or guardian. When checking in, you must present a photo ID proving your identity and affiliation. If the minor is accompanied by a guardian or just one of the parents, they must present authorization to accommodate the minor signed by their parents and notarized.

The card provided when booking in the case of rates payable at the hotel will undergo pre-authorization to verify that it is valid and has sufficient funds, but will not be charged. In the case of rates with full or partial prepayment, the card will be debited immediately upon completion of the reservation in accordance with the rate policy.
